This is what we are looking for:
You
- Should have industry experience in developing large scale distributed software systems.
- Should be proficient in .NET and C#.
- Should have experience working with RDBMS like SQL, MySQL, Oracle.
- Should have knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages and design patterns.
- Should strive for timely delivery, high quality and clear processes.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be able to perform under pressure.
- Should be passionate about coding and problem solving.
- Should be proactive and capable of executing effective action when required.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field would be preferred.
- Experience in building web services - WSDL, SOAP, Rest, would be preferred.
- Should have an interest in OpenSource technologies and languages such as NodeJS/GoLang and NoSQL databases like MongoDB/Redis/Couchbase.
- Should be good at documentation.
- Will write code for native applications/services as assigned.
- Will work on resolving day-to-day issues as they come up.
- Will adhere to good agile practices like Refactoring, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
- Will analyze requirements, wireframes and capabilities of related systems to propose appropriate solutions and build prototypes when needed.
- Will practice clean, stable, unit-tested code and provide accompanying documentation where needed.
- Will adhere to quality measures and ensure that the timelines are met.
- Will continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve team performance.
- Will foster a culture of self-learning within the team.
